½ cup butter (unsalted (if you use salted omit the pinch of salt at the end))
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
11 ounces butterscotch chips
2 cups peanuts
1 cup cereal (I used Cheerios)
10 ounces mini marshmallows (can use rainbow marshmallows)

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick spray or line with waxed paper or parchment paper.
  • To a large, deep saucpan over medium-low heat, add butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips. Stir frequently until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and fold in peanuts, cereal, and marshmallows. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared pan spread to evenly.

1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 ½ cups miniature marshmallows

1 package (11 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • Grease a 9-in. square pan with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter; set aside. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips, peanut butter and remaining butter until smooth. 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup butter
¾ cup cold water
1 (1 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
¾ cup white sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt
¾ cup confectioners' sugar
¾ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 dash food coloring

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly and well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x9 inch baking pan.
