Tips:

  • Choose the right cauliflower: For the best results, use a head of cauliflower that is firm and compact, with no signs of bruising or wilting.
  • Cut the cauliflower into even florets: This will help them cook evenly.
  • Roast the cauliflower before adding it to the curry: This will give it a slightly caramelized flavor and help it hold its shape.
  • Use a good quality curry paste: The curry paste is the base of the curry, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for a paste that is made with fresh ingredients and has a good balance of flavors.
  • Add vegetables to the curry: Vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and peas are all great additions to curried cauliflower. They add flavor, texture, and nutrients.
  • Serve the curry with rice or naan: Curry is traditionally served with rice or naan. Rice is a good option if you're looking for a more filling meal, while naan is a good option if you're looking for something lighter.

Conclusion:

Curried cauliflower is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With a little planning, you can have a delicious and satisfying curried cauliflower meal on the table in no time.
