1 tablespoon cold water
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh ginger

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Steps:

1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter (melted)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
3 drops red food coloring
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Mix marinde together and add chicken.
