1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup butter
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1-1/3 cups shortening
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature, separated
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1-1/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. , Roll into 1-1/2-in. balls. Beat egg whites until foamy. Dip each ball halfway into egg whites, then in pecans. Place pecan side up 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. 1/2 cup butter (or margarine)
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
