CILANTRO GUACAMOLE CHICKEN
We really loved this way to serve a chicken breast. Everything is fresh and yummy. The chicken breast comes out of the foil pack so juicy. It's a little on the plain side but the guacamole on top is what adds tons of flavor. This is a delicious and healthy way to serve chicken.

Tips:
- Select the ripest avocados: The riper the avocados, the creamier and more flavorful your guacamole will be. Look for avocados that have a dark green or black skin and yield to gentle pressure.
- Use fresh cilantro: Fresh cilantro is essential for authentic guacamole. Avoid using dried or ground cilantro, as it will not provide the same flavor.
- Chop the ingredients evenly: Chop all of the ingredients, including the avocado, onion, tomato, and cilantro, into small, even pieces. This will ensure that the guacamole has a consistent texture.
- Season to taste: Guacamole should be seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Start with a small amount of each and then add more as needed.
- Serve immediately: Guacamole is best served immediately after it is made. If you need to make it ahead of time, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
Conclusion:
With its creamy texture, tangy flavor, and vibrant green color, guacamole is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed as an appetizer, snack, or side dish. By following these tips, you can make the perfect guacamole every time. Get creative and experiment with different ingredients, such as roasted corn, black beans, or pineapple, to create your own unique variations. Whether you're serving it at a party or enjoying it as a simple snack, guacamole is sure to be a hit!
