Steps:
- Microwave the coconut cream in a bowl for 30 to 45 seconds, until it is smooth and creamy, but not too runny. -Stir in the agave nectar until combined. -Form in balls and put on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. -Freeze or refrigerate. These taste best out of the freezer when you let them sit out at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes
Tips:
- To ensure the candy sets properly, use a heavy-bottomed saucepan and stir the mixture constantly over medium heat until it reaches the desired consistency.
- If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can check the consistency of the mixture by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If it forms a soft ball, it is ready.
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk instead of light coconut milk.
- To prevent the candy from sticking to the pan, grease the pan with butter or cooking spray before pouring in the mixture.
- Allow the candy to cool completely before cutting it into pieces. This will help to prevent it from crumbling.
Conclusion:
Coconut cream candy is a delightful treat that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With its rich coconut flavor and creamy texture, this candy is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
