2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
TOPPING:
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup butter, cubed
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. , Combine coconut and milk; spread over warm crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. , In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cream and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
3 cups graham cracker crumbs (from about 20 crackers)
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees with a rack in the center of oven. Butter a 9-by-13-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper; set aside.
  • To make the crust: In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press into bottom of pan using your fingertips.
  • To make the topping: In another medium bowl, mix together chocolate chips and coconut; sprinkle evenly over crust.

14.4 ounces graham crackers (1 box, divided)
1 cup butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 egg (beaten)
1½ cups sweetened coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (we used walnuts)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs ( (from the box listed above))
½ cup butter (room temperature)
2 Tablespoons heavy cream (or milk)
1¾ cups powdered sugar (more or less if needed)
1 teaspoon vanilla
⅛ teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Break some apart so that the whole bottom of the pan is covered. You can piece them in along the edges.(about 8 whole graham crackers)
