CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY NUT BALLS
I'm gravitating towards the Paleo Diet so I created this high-protein and energy snack recipe out of a desire to eliminate those expensive and so-called nutritious protein bars. I don't want all of the processed carbs that are hidden in them because, quite honestly, they aren't that healthy. These are really tasty and my whole family loves them. I recommend making them fairly small and bite-sized, as they can crumble a little as you're biting into them. Freezing or refrigerating them keeps the messiness down, but they won't spoil if left at room temperature. I eat 4 or 5 with a big glass of water and feel full!

Tips and Conclusion
Tips:
- Choose fresh cranberries. Look for cranberries that are plump and red. Avoid cranberries that are bruised or have soft spots.
- Make sure the venison is ground finely. This will help the meatballs to hold together.
- Don't overmix the meatballs. Overmixing can make the meatballs tough.
- Brown the meatballs before baking them. This will help to seal in the flavor.
- Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce. Cranberry sauce is a classic choice, but you can also try a barbecue sauce or a teriyaki sauce.
Conclusion:
Cranberry deer balls are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for a party or a potluck. The meatballs are moist and flavorful, and the cranberry sauce adds a tart and tangy flavor. If you are looking for a new and unique way to enjoy venison, give this recipe a try.
