COCONUT CREAM DREAM DESSERT
This is my modified version of the classic dirt salad. My son LOVES golden OREOs®. I was going to make the dirt salad but didn't have original chocolate cookies, so I used golden ones and it was AMAZING! Better than coconut cream pie.

Tips:
- Use fresh coconut milk. Fresh coconut milk has a richer flavor and creamier texture than canned coconut milk. If you can't find fresh coconut milk, use unsweetened canned coconut milk.
- Chill the coconut milk before using. This will help to thicken the coconut cream and make it easier to whip.
- Use a high-powered blender. A high-powered blender will help to create a smooth and creamy coconut cream.
- Be patient when whipping the coconut cream. It may take several minutes for the coconut cream to thicken and reach stiff peaks.
- Use ripe bananas. Ripe bananas have a sweeter flavor and are easier to blend.
- Don't overmix the mousse. Overmixing the mousse will make it grainy.
- Chill the mousse before serving. This will help the mousse to set and develop its flavor.
