I hope someone can find this helpful and enjoyable, I found out recently that I was a diabetic and I keep wanting nothing but sweets so I'm looking for different recipes for desserts and meals (I get tired of the same ole thing lol) Hope someone enjoys these and will post pics when I make them

1 3/4 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c orange juice
1/2 tsp grated orange rind (opt.)
7 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c nuts (opt.)
1/2 c quick oats (opt.) substitute for nuts or just add with them

Steps:

  • 1. Combine ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased non stick cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees until lightly brown

1/4 cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons orange juice
