Tips:
- Use a high-quality brownie mix for the best results. A mix that is specifically designed for biscotti will work best, but you can also use a regular brownie mix if you add some extra flour.
- Be sure to chill the dough before baking. This will help the biscotti hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the biscotti until they are golden brown and firm to the touch. If you underbake them, they will be too soft and chewy. If you overbake them, they will be too hard and dry.
- Let the biscotti cool completely before slicing them. This will help them to keep their shape and prevent them from crumbling.
- Store the biscotti in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
Brownie mix biscotti are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are a great way to use up leftover brownie mix, and they can be customized with a variety of different flavors and toppings. Whether you enjoy them plain or dipped in your favorite beverage, brownie mix biscotti are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
