1 package (17-1/2 ounces) sugar cookie mix
3/4 cup chopped dried cherries
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
3/4 cup cherry preserves
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup white baking chips

Steps:

  • Place the cookie mix, cherries, butter and egg in a large bowl; beat until well mixed. Shape into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until edges are browned., Meanwhile, place cherry preserves in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. If necessary, microwave in 10- to 20-second intervals until chips are melted; stir until blended., Using the back of a tablespoon, make an indentation in the center of each warm cookie. 1 cup powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons maraschino cherry juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherry
48 Hershey cherry cordial chocolate kisses
granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a mixing bowl beat butter for 30 seconds on med-high speed. Add powdered sugar and salt beating until combined (scrape sides of bowl). Beat in the cherry liquid and almond extract. Beat in as much flour as you can then use a spoon to mix any remaining flour and the chopped cherries.
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Using the bottom of a glass dipped in granulated sugar, flatten the balls until they are about 1/2 inch thick. Bake 14 minutes or until bottoms are light brown. Right away place a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

⅓ cup cherry liqueur
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup white sugar

1 egg

1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and stir until smooth. 1 16 ounce(s) tube of refridgerated sugar cookie dough
1 sm package(s) sugar free cherry jello mix
1/2 cup(s) (level) semi sweet chocolate chip morsels

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Set cookie dough at room temp for approx 10 min to soften.
  • Empty dough into bowl. Add dry pkg of sugar free cherry jello mix well til dough is a bright pink throughou. Add level 1/2 cup of semi sweet choc chip morsels and fold into dough.
  • Spoon batter onto cookie sheet spaced 2" apart. I use a serving spoon. Just depends on what size you want your cookies to be.
  • Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes. For a gooey cookie 10 mins.
  • ***You may also use a sugar cookie dry mix for the cookie dough. Just follow the directions on the box for the cookies mixing well and then add the sugar free cherry jello and chocolate chip morsels. These make a more cakey cookie. I have made these cookies both ways and both are awesome!
