###

Tips:

- **Choose the right potatoes:** Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes are best for this soup, as they break down easily and create a creamy texture. - **Use a good quality chicken broth:** Homemade chicken broth is always best, but if you don't have time, use a high-quality store-bought broth. - **Don't overcook the potatoes:** The potatoes should be tender but still slightly firm. Overcooking them will make them mushy. - **Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the soup:** This will give the soup a smooth and creamy texture. - **Season the soup to taste:** Add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste. You can also add a splash of cream or milk for extra richness. - **Garnish the soup with fresh herbs:** Fresh parsley, chives, or dill are all great options. ###

Conclusion:

Easy Creamy Potato Soup is a delicious, comforting, and easy-to-make soup that is perfect for a cold winter day. It is also a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. With just a few simple ingredients and steps, you can have a delicious bowl of soup on the table in no time. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give Easy Creamy Potato Soup a try.
