1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium round onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, diced
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container guacamole
2 medium tomatoes, diced
6 green onions, stalks chopped
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium skillet, brown ground beef, diced onion, and diced garlic. Drain off fat and return to pan. Mix in taco seasoning.
  • In a 13x9x2" pan, layer in the following order: refried beans, ground beef mixture, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, green onions, and shredded cheese.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced
¼ cup red onion, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans
1 ¼ cups salsa
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 ½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce
⅓ cup pickled jalapeno pepper slices

Steps:

  • With a handheld or standing mixer, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in bowl until light and fluffy; set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the cherry tomatoes, avocados, red onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper; set aside.

2 tablespoons taco seasoning
¼ cup water
16 ounces refried beans
2 tablespoons milk
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1.5 cups prepared guacamole
16 ounces prepared salsa
1.5 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup sliced black olives

Steps:

  • Brown the ground beef in a pan. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef, add water, stir to combine and cook for another minute or two until water is absorbed and meat is seasoned. Remove to a bowl, drain if necessary.
  • Combine the refried beans with the milk to thin them out. In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.

2 8-ounce packages reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
2 16-ounce cans Old El Paso™ fat free refried beans
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
8 ounces reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
2 cups shredded fresh spinach
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
Assorted vegetable dippers and/or baked tortilla chips

Steps:
