- In a bowl combine the peanut butter with confectioners sugar and graham crumbs until well combined.
- Add in the melted butter and mix thoroughly until combined (I find that using my hands for mixing works better than a spoon, if the mixture is not holding together add in a little more melted butter).

- 1. Line large cookie sheet with "wax paper" Mix all ingredients (except Chocolate) together in large bowl with your hands (This is messy, but the best way) After the mixture comes together, start rolling 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet and put in freezer for about 20 min. ( Makes about 45-55)
- 2. After 20 mins take out peanut butter balls, in a medium glass bowl melt chocolate in microwave. (I use 25 second intervals until chocolate is melted) Usually about 1- 1 1/2mins. Give it a quick stir and start dipping P/B Balls "using a toothpick" working at a fast pace, as the chocolate will cool off fast. Place back on cookie sheet a let cool for about 25 mins. Enjoy!!
