1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn (about 8 cups)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup sliced red or green bell peppers

1-pound beef sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
2 medium red or green bell peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
9 cups bite-size pieces romaine lettuce

  • Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix all Salsa Dressing ingredients; set aside.

1 ½ teaspoons mild olive oil

8 ounces sirloin steak**, (cut into ¾-inch pieces)
1 tablespoon mild olive oil
½ small red bell pepper, (sliced into thin strips)
1 large or 2 small jalapeno peppers, (ribs and seeds removed and sliced into thin strips)
¼ red onion, (peeled and sliced into thin wedges)
4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 ounce grated cheese, (such as monterey jack or cheddar)
10 Doritos, (crumbled)
