Tips for Making Indian Spiced Corn Soup with Yogurt:

  • Use fresh corn kernels for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh corn, you can use frozen or canned corn, but fresh corn will give you the best results.
  • Be sure to toast the cumin and coriander seeds before adding them to the soup. This will help to release their flavor.
  • Use a good quality yogurt for the soup. Greek yogurt is a good option because it is thick and creamy.
  • Garnish the soup with fresh cilantro or parsley before serving. This will add a pop of color and flavor.
