Tips:

  • Choose the right meat: For the best results, use a combination of ground lamb and ground beef. The lamb will give the kebabs a rich flavor, while the beef will help to bind them together.
  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your kebabs will taste. This is especially true for the cilantro, mint, and onions.
  • Don't overwork the meat: Overworking the meat will make the kebabs tough. Mix the ingredients together just until they are combined.
  • Chill the kebabs before grilling: This will help them to hold their shape and cook evenly.
  • Grill the kebabs over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from burning.
  • Serve the kebabs with your favorite dipping sauce: Some popular choices include yogurt sauce, mint sauce, or tamarind sauce.

Conclusion:

Sheekh kebabs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. They can be served as an appetizer, main course, or even a snack.
