RASPBERRY LEMON MUFFINS
This is the perfect muffin - really yummy flavor yet not much sugar. I've used different fruits too - blueberries and raspberries are our absolute favorites, but strawberries, peaches, or cherries are good too - frozen or fresh. You can use any kind of yogurt without fruit on the bottom. Easily adaptable to what you have. Hope you enjoy!

Tips:
- Prep your ingredients ahead of time: Measure out all of your ingredients before you start mixing. This will help you stay organized and avoid any mishaps.
- Use fresh lemons and raspberries: The fresher your ingredients, the better your muffins will taste. If you can, try to use organic lemons and raspberries.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Fill the muffin tins evenly: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tins. This will help ensure that all of the muffins bake evenly.
- Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This is the best way to tell if the muffins are done baking.
- Let the muffins cool before frosting them: This will help the frosting set properly.
