Let cool 5 minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to racks to cool completely.

Tips:
- To ensure that your cookies have a vibrant orange color, use freshly squeezed orange juice and ensure your cranberries are finely chopped.
- Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking will help the cookies hold their shape better and prevent them from spreading too much.
- If you don't have parchment paper, you can grease the baking sheets with butter or cooking spray.
- Keep an eye on the cookies while they are baking, as they can brown quickly. The edges should be golden brown, but the centers should still be slightly soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheets before transferring them to a wire rack. This will help prevent them from breaking.
- Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to 2 months.
Conclusion:
Orange Iced Cranberry Cookies are a delightful treat that is perfect for any occasion. With their vibrant orange color, chewy texture, and tangy cranberry filling, these cookies are sure to be a hit.
