When I was growing up my mom used to make a pineapple sherbet & freeze it in long metal trays used for making ice cubes. This recipe approximates her recipe of years ago. Preparation time does not include the time it takes to partially freeze & refreeze the sherbet.

Tips:
- For a smoother sherbet, use fresh pineapple and grapes. Frozen fruits can also be used, but they may result in a slightly icier texture.
- If you don't have a blender, you can mash the pineapple and grapes by hand. However, a blender will give you a smoother consistency.
- If you want a sweeter sherbet, add more sugar. You can also use honey or agave nectar instead of sugar.
- If you want a tarter sherbet, add more lemon juice. You can also use lime juice instead of lemon juice.
- For a more refreshing sherbet, serve it immediately after it's made. You can also freeze it for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
Pineapple grape sherbet is a delicious and refreshing treat that is perfect for a hot summer day. It's also a healthy snack or dessert option. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make this delicious sherbet at home in just a few minutes.
