1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch bundt or tube pan.
  • Combine the cake mix, gelatin, flour, eggs and thawed strawberries. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add the oil and beat for one more minute. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cake cool before frosting or serving.

PINK PRINCESS PUNCH
1 QT white grape juice (chilled)
1 lg (16oz) can frozen "pink" lemonade concentrate, (thawed
1 lemonade can of cold water
3 TBS grenadine syrup ( cherry syrup)
2 (12 oz) cans 7-up
ice cubes
optional: frozen rspberries, or frozen strawberries floating in the punch bowl

Steps:

  • 1. In a 2 1/2 QT Pitcher or Punch Bowl, Combine Ice Cubes, Grape Juice, Lemonade Concentrate, water & grenadine syrup; Mix Well
  • 2. Just before Serving time, Pour in 7-up. Stir and Serve at Once. NOTE: Carbonated Punch should be served Immediately before it Loses its sparkle & Fizz. Makes approx 16 1/2 cup servings or (8) 1 cup glasss. Recipe is Easily doubled if needed.
