Number Of Ingredients 11

3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or chunks)
1 package white chocolate chips (or 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chunks)

Steps:

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add milk and vanilla, mix until creamy. Beat in egg. 3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. 4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix until just blended. 5. Stir in both chocolates. 6. Drop by tsp full onto ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Bake 7-9 minutes for chewy cookies, bake 10-12 minutes for crispy cookies. Leave on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack. 8. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use melted butter: Melted butter creates a chewier cookie, while cold butter creates a crispier cookie.
  • Chill the dough: Chilling the dough allows the flavors to meld and prevents the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Use a cookie scoop: A cookie scoop ensures that all of the cookies are the same size and shape, which helps them bake evenly.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown: The centers of the cookies should still be slightly soft.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them: This will help them keep their shape.

Conclusion:

Reverse chocolate chip cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. By following these tips, you can make sure that your reverse chocolate chip cookies turn out perfect every time.
