Tips:

  • To achieve the perfect texture, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor. Look for chips that are made with real cocoa butter and have a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Don't overmix the dough, as this can result in tough cookies. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set. Overbaking will dry out the cookies.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help prevent them from breaking.

Conclusion:

These rosemary pistachio white chocolate chip cookies are a delicious and unique twist on a classic recipe. The combination of rosemary, pistachios, and white chocolate chips creates a flavor that is both savory and sweet. These cookies are perfect for any occasion, and they are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
