Number Of Ingredients 7

3 tablespoons ajun seasoning
1 teaspoon brown sugar (I used brown sugar splenda)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 lime, juice only

Tips:

  • Choose the Right Salmon: Opt for wild-caught salmon for its superior flavor and nutritional value.
  • Prepare the Marinade: Make sure to let the salmon marinate in the orange-miso glaze for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to penetrate the fish.
  • Grill or Bake: You can cook the salmon either on a grill or in the oven. If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Glaze the Salmon: Baste the salmon with the remaining orange-miso glaze during the last few minutes of cooking to add extra flavor and caramelization.
  • Serve with Sides: Pair the salmon with roasted vegetables, quinoa, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

Conclusion:

This salmon with orange-miso glaze is a delightful dish that combines the sweet and savory flavors of orange and miso. The marinade infuses the salmon with a rich and complex flavor, while the glaze adds a delicious caramelized crust. Whether you grill or bake the salmon, this recipe is sure to impress your taste buds.
