SEX IN A PAN - THE LUCKY 13 VERSION

Sex in a Pan - the Lucky 13 Version image

Yes, this is the thirteenth entry for this particular recipe, and yes, it is different from all the rest. This is one of the most requested desserts I have. Easy to put together, and ohhhhhh soooooo gooooood. (People actually make strange noises while eating it.) It will keep for a few days in the fridge, but only if you padlock the door. :) Cooking time does not include the time needed for chilling. NOTE: whipped cream is measured after it has been whipped.

Time 2h20m

Yield 25

Number Of Ingredients 11

½ cup margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup white sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
3 cups milk
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
12 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Place margarine, flour, and white sugar into a bowl, and cut with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press the mixture into a 10x10-inch square baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven until the crust is lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Let the crust cool.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your pancakes will be.
  • Mash the bananas well. This will help to create a smooth batter.
  • Use a nonstick skillet or griddle. This will help to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
  • Cook the pancakes over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from burning.
  • Flip the pancakes only once. Flipping them too often can make them tough.
  • Serve the pancakes immediately. They are best when they are hot and fresh.

Conclusion:

Sex in a pan cake is a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch dish. It is a great way to use up ripe bananas, and it is also a fun and creative way to serve pancakes. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and memorable meal that your family and friends will love.
