  • Drop dough by large spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle the top of each cookies with sprinkles before baking.

Tips:

  • Use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients for precise results.
  • Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature before using it. This will help it blend smoothly with the other ingredients.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixed batter will make the cookies tough.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set. Overbaked cookies will be dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving. This will help them firm up and develop their full flavor.

Conclusion:

These soft-baked chocolate chip cream cheese cookie bars are the perfect treat for any occasion. They're easy to make, delicious, and sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a sweet and satisfying snack, give these cookies a try.
