### Tips
  • To achieve the perfect chewy texture, slightly underbake the cookies. You want them to be just set around the edges, but still gooey in the center.
  • Use a combination of brown and white sugar for a richer flavor and chewier texture.
  • Don't overmix the dough, as this will result in tough cookies. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Use a cookie scoop to ensure that the cookies are all the same size and shape. This will help them bake evenly.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking.
  • Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
