1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
2 Tbs. Honey
1 Tbs. Oil. (Olive or Sesame Oil)
1/8 cup (- 1/4 cup) Soy Sauce (1/8 - 1/4 Cup Water Substitute)
2 Tbs. Hot Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 tsp. Chopped Garlic (Or dash of garlic powder)
2 tsp. Chopped Fresh Ginger Root
1-2 tsp. Corn Starch to Thicken as desired
Dash of Paprika
Dash of Chili Powder
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Serve with chicken or veggie stir fry over rice.

Steps:

  • Slowly bring the ingredients to a low bubbly boil and then slowly add the corn starch a little at a time while whisking the sauce.

1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup lee kum kee hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon chili paste
2 teaspoons cilantro
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, saute garlic in oil for a minute or two.
