1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 large carrot, shredded
1 apple, cored and diced
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup fresh blueberries
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

  • Combine the tuna with the mayonnaise in a bowl, and mix until well combined.

12 oz can tuna in water, well drained
2 Tbsp mayonnaise, fat-free
1/2 a finely chopped red onion
1/2 a finely zested lemon
2 Tbsp lemon juice
7 oz baby spinach leaves, stems removed
1 large grated carrot
2 medium diced tomatoes
8 large tortillas or bread wraps

Steps:

  • 1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Mix well ,until blended
  • 2. Put a good amount of the spinach leaves, some carrot and tomato pieces in the center of each tortilla or wrap. Place equal amount of tuna mixture on top. Fold in edges and cut in half and place on plate. use string or toothpicks to hold together.
