Tips:

  • Use a cast iron skillet: Cast iron skillets retain heat evenly, which is essential for getting a crispy crust on your pizza.
  • Preheat your skillet: Before you start cooking your pizza, make sure your skillet is nice and hot. This will help to create a crispy crust and prevent the pizza from sticking.
  • Don't overload your skillet: When you're assembling your pizza, don't pile on too many toppings. This will make it difficult to cook the pizza evenly and can result in a soggy crust.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The fresher and higher quality your ingredients are, the better your pizza will taste. This is especially true for the cheese and sauce.
  • Cook your pizza on medium heat: Cooking your pizza on medium heat will help to prevent the crust from burning and will ensure that the pizza cooks evenly throughout.
  • Keep an eye on your pizza: Once you start cooking your pizza, keep an eye on it to make sure that it's not burning. You may need to adjust the heat or rotate the skillet occasionally to ensure that the pizza cooks evenly.
