Steps:
- Brown hamburger meat, drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Prepare according to package directions. Meanwhile, prepare the Velveeta Shells and Cheese according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread the taco meat on the bottom of a 2 qt baking dish. Spread the salsa on top of the taco meat. Spread the prepared Velveeta Shells and Cheese on top of the salsa. Top with crushed tortilla chips.
- Bake for 10 minutes and serve.

Steps:
- Fry eggs to your liking. Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
- Lay flour tortilla on dinner plate.
- Place cheese on top of tortilla, covering as much of the tortilla as possible (I tear up the slices to make them fit).
- Heat about 35-40 seconds in microwave, enough to melt the cheese.
- Slide cooked eggs on top of the cheese.
- Spoon your favorite salsa over the eggs and spread to cover.
- Heat another 15 second in the microwave, unless you like the salsa cold.
- Eat!
