2/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup white baking chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1.5 sticks or 170g) unsalted butter, melted + slightly cooled
3/4 cup (150g) packed light or dark brown sugar
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 heaping cup (210g) white chocolate chips*
1 cup (120g) roughly chopped macadamia nuts*

1/2 cup coconut flakes, finely minced
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
