Make the holidays even sweeter with these fun and easy snowman brownies!

1 box (18.3 oz) Immaculate Baking Co.™ Organic Fudge Brownie Mix
Butter, water and eggs called for on brownie mix box
1/3 cup vanilla ready-to-spread frosting
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
about 1 tablespoon mini semisweet chocolate chips
about 4 orange jelly beans, cut into triangle shapes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 27 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Use 1-inch and/or 2-inch round cutter to cut brownies into rounds. Discard scraps, or reserve for another use.
  • Use offset spatula to frost top of each brownie with about 1 teaspoon frosting. Place coconut in small bowl; roll edges of each frosted brownie in coconut. Decorate each brownie with mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth and jelly bean triangle for nose.

1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 package (10 ounces) large marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies
Pretzel sticks, assorted candies and/or Fruit Roll-Ups, cut into thin strips
Vanilla frosting
Sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cinnamon and marshmallows; stir until blended and marshmallows are melted. Remove from the heat. Stir in cereal until coated. Use mixture to shape trees or snowmen. , For trees, press mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan; cool completely. Cut into triangles. , For snowmen, cool cereal mixture slightly; shape into different-sized balls using buttered hands. Stack balls to make snowmen. , To decorate, attach pretzels, candies and/or Fruit Roll-Ups with frosting. Arrange cereal treats on a platter; surround with coconut. Serve the same day for best texture.

3/4 cup hershey' s cocoa powder or 3/4 cup hershey' s special dark cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup butter or 2/3 cup margarine, melted and divided
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup reese's peanut butter chips
powdered sugar (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13×9×2-inch baking pan with foil; grease foil.
  • Stir together cocoa and baking soda in large bowl; stir in 1/3 cup melted butter. Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and remaining 1/3 cup butter; stir until smooth. Add flour; stir until blended. Stir in peanut butter chips. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of foil. Cool completely in pan. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Remove from pan; remove foil. Cut into snowmen shapes with cookie cutters or cut into squares. Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
