I 'invented' this recipe at age 12 (over 15 years ago), and it has become a family favorite. I'm always asked to make it.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel, and lightly season with salt. Add chicken to the pan, and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 3 minutes per side, turning once.
- Reduce heat to medium low. To the pan, add duck sauce, apricots, raisins, and apples. Turn chicken to coat, and continue cooking until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear. More duck sauce may be added, as desired.

- In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the egg alternately with the flour until well blended. If it is a hot day, cover and refrigerate for a few minutes. Wet hands and roll the dough into small balls. Roll the balls in cornflakes to coat completely and place 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until cornflakes are toasted.

Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks. Add sugar and beat until a stiff meringue is formed. Spread carefully over dough, being sure to cover nuts. - 1. Assemble all ingredients, big mixing bowl, measuring cup and spoon. Getting all your supplies together, makes for quick mixing
- 2. DOUGH - Sift and mix all dry ingredients
- 3. Add the butter to the flour mix. Mix with a fork or beaters until it is the consistency of cornmeal.
- 4. Add milk, the amount of milk tends to vary. Add until dough makes a soft ball, with a little dry flour mixture around the ball.
- 5. Roll out on floured board, in a rectangular shape. Dough should be about 1/4" thick. Add melted butter all over top of rolled dough
- 6. FILLING- Mix and then sprinkle generously mixture of sugars and cinnamon over the butter. Start to roll the cinnamon rolls. Roll the cinnamon buns,starting from the longest side, lengthwise. Roll tightly all the way up, slightly pinching the edges together.
- 7. Use a piece of dental floss or a sharp knife and cut the roll into 1" slices. Arrange on pan Put on greased cookie sheet, with about 1/2 between each cinnamon roll. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly brown on the top
- 8. After the cinnamon rolls have cooled, add a white icing to the top. Serve slightly warm and enjoy! Wasn't that an easy way to make cinnamon rolls?
