2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup grated Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; set aside until ready to use.
