Chicken Broccoli Casserole image

I got this recipe from my sister in-law many years ago. Anytime I make it, it reminds me of her.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 whole chicken
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 box stove top stuffing (chicken flavored)

Steps:

  • 1. Cook chicken on stove top. Reserve 2cups of chicken broth
  • 2. Debone cooled chicken.
  • 3. Make stuffing according to box, but add 2cups of broth.
  • 4. Add Cream Of Chicken Soup to mixture.
  • 5. Add bag of broccoli.
  • 6. Lastly add chicken to mixture.
  • 7. Once all ingredients are mixed,bake casserole at 350 for 30 minutes. Flavorful to taste as it cools.
