This salad is so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I love that I can use whatever vegetables I have on hand. It's a great way to clean out the fridge!

I made this salad last night and it was a hit! The combination of sweet and savory flavors is perfect. I especially loved the addition of the feta cheese and walnuts. They added a nice crunch and richness to the salad.
