I followed the recipe exactly, but my cannoli didn't turn out. The shells were too hard and the filling was too runny.

These cannoli were a disappointment. The shells were soggy and the filling was bland.

These cannoli are a bit too sweet for my taste, but they're still good. I would recommend using less sugar in the filling.
