Steps:
- 1. Melt butter, saute' all ingredients until done.
- 2. Add flour and blend well.
- 3. Add cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Place spinach in food processor with chicken broth, puree'.
- 5. Add pureed mixture to cream. Season to taste.
- 6. Add crabmeat. Do not boil.
