I'm not a big fan of pot roast, but this recipe changed my mind. The meat was so tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add my own personal touch. I usually brown the meat before cooking it in the crock pot, and I add a variety of vegetables, such as carrots, celery, and potatoes.

I followed the recipe exactly, and the pot roast turned out tough and dry. I'm not sure what went wrong.
