Crockpot Porkchops image

This was a throw together meal when I couldn't figure out what to do with the pork chops I had just bought. I wanted an easy meal that was ready when I got home. I added some rice and carrots as a side dish to go along with these tasty pork chops.

6 center cut pork chops
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
2 Tbsp dejon mustard
5 dash(es) worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1/4 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Place pork chops in crockpot, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 2. In another bowl mix soup, Dejon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and water. Pour over pork chops.
  • 3. Set crockpot for 6 hours. The house will smell great when you get home. Have with rice or potatoes and a veggie.
