This a quick, easy side that goes great with any meat, poultry or fish. I use reduced fat margarine and Splenda brown sugar for a healthier dish. Tastes great and no one will even know it's healthy!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Toss whole baby carrots, diced apple and salt together in a 8x8 glass baking dish.
- 2. Dot with butter cubes. Sprinkle cinnamon and then brown sugar over all.
- 3. Seal tightly with foil and bake at 350 in center of oven for one hour.
