Eggnog Bread Pudding with Coquito Sauce image

This is inspired by the traditional Puerto Rican eggnog drink. My husband loves eggnog and bread pudding so I thought I would combine his favorites with a Puerto Rican flair.

This bread pudding is a little too rich for my taste, but it's still a good recipe. I think it would be great served with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
