Fried Corn image

My grand daughter wanted something different one night but all we had was corn, so we tried this and it was pretty good. So we make it all the time now. You can use canned corn if drained or frozen corn. See if you like it.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) whole kernal corn, drained
1/4 pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place drained corn in skillet. Add cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Fry on low heat about 5 minutes.
