1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs

This was a fun recipe to try, but it was a bit too challenging for me. I think I would have liked it better if the instructions had been more detailed.

The fried milk was a bit too greasy for my liking. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less oil.

This was a fun recipe to try, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have liked it better with a less sweet sauce.

This was such a fun and unique recipe to try! The fried milk was crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. It was a bit challenging to get the batter just right, but it was worth the effort. I served it with a berry sauce and it was a hit!
