1 large granny smith apple, coarsely chopped
1 celery rib diced
1/2 cup low fat lemon yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
1 cup granola (optional)

Steps:

  • Stir together apples, celery, yogurt, mayo, and walnuts. Stir in marshmallows and top with granola.
