Steps:
- 1. Soak 16 6 inch wooden skewers in warm water for 30 min. Preheat bbq to med. 2. Push one skewer crosswise through 4-5 asparagus spears. Push another skewer through the spears, parallel to the first skewer. It will look like a small asparagus raft. Repeat with remaining skewers and asparagus, making 8 rafts in all. 3. Brush asparagus with olive oil. Place on greased grill. Cook for 10-12 min, turning every 2-3 min or until slightly charred and tender-drisp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving platter. Drizzle with Bread Dipper and serve.
