I'm not a big fan of ricotta cheese, but I loved it in this recipe. It added a nice creamy texture and richness to the grilled fruit.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I used vegan ricotta in this recipe. It turned out great! The fruit was still juicy and flavorful, and the vegan ricotta added a nice creamy texture.

This recipe is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less honey or adding some tart fruit, like berries, to balance out the sweetness.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my grilled fruit turned out dry and flavorless. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some peaches and pineapple that were about to go bad, so I threw them on the grill with some honey and ricotta. It was a delicious and easy snack.
