This is a recipe for homemade tahini from The Frugal Gourmet Cooks Three Ancient Cuisines NOTE: Since I have not made this, I could not tell you what the amount it yields is. The recipe says 4 servings, but I don't know what that is based on.

I'm not sure what to think of this recipe. It seems like it would be really oily. But I'm willing to give it a try.

This recipe looks like a great way to use up leftover tahini. I usually have a jar of it in my fridge that I never know what to do with.

Tahini is one of my favorite ingredients. It's so versatile and can be used to make so many different dishes. This recipe looks like a great way to make a homemade version, which I'm sure would taste even better than the store-bought kind.

I've tried this recipe and it turned out really well! I followed the instructions closely and the outcome was a delicious and creamy tahini sauce. I drizzled it on top of chicken and rice and it was a hit with my family.
